All human activities are linked to consumption and production, a fact which has been reflected in the demand for natural resources on the one hand, and pollution of the environment on the other. Environmental challenges that we face, such as climate change, ozone depletion, ocean and river pollution, draughts and natural resources exhaustion.
Environmental governance appears to be based on local relatively distinct level, and subject to technological fixes. It lacks adequate expertise, resources, authority and legitimacy.
The world experience of the last decade has pointed to increasing interdependence of the economic of the world and the quality of the environment.
We realize that we do not face environmental crisis, but rather an environmental governance crisis. The priority actions of development are directed for elaboration of the of the ways to solve our problems with joint efforts of all people and organizations.
