This section of the portal is an on-line application giving the opportunity for the numerous territorially - distributed participants teamwork.
General Information about Content Repository Management Application,
pluses and abilities.
Content Repository Management Application (CRMA) provides cooperation of the participants involved and management of all processes, resources and the information arisen and used during the project realization.
The CRMA is a unify point of an entrance of the Members and the team Moderator to have an access to applications and information used during joint work, that allows:
- to observe strict confidentiality;
- to reduce irrational losses of working time;
- to reduce terms of the separate stages performance;
- to lower time of results transferring from one executor to another by applying the workflow-technologies to determine operations to be performed with document.
The CRMA provides interactions between Members and team Moderator in real time by internal communications (forum, discussion, mail).
Developed, discussed documents, or other documents can be various, independently of the format and size (graphic files, documents in a format of office appendices and working drawings in CAD format). Documents are kept in Databases and team Members according to their role have different access rights to the separate documents, given by the team Moderator.
How to create the Team
Any interested user has the right to create the Team and/or act as the team Moderator. For this purpose, it is necessary to register here and to invite relevant persons.
